Salvation Army Food Fair ( 31st August 2012 )

On 31st August 2012, our club had help in the Salvation Army Food Fair at Salvation Boys Home. Some Leos from our club joined this meaningful project.

Region 1 Leo Club Joint Installation ( 5th August 2012 )

On 5th August 2012, Region 1 Leo Club Joint Installation was held at Mandarin Restaurant. The Organizing Chairperson of this annual event is our Leo Club's President, Melvis Lai. Leos had many fun in this activity.

On 22nd July 2012, a Welcome Dinner for the Japanese Youth Exchange (YE) students was held at Fook Xing Restaurant. Leos and Lions joined this activity. They had a great time with the Leos from Japan too :D

Leo Leadership Development Project at Swinburne University ( 21st July 2012 )

On 21st July 2012, there was a leadership talk at Swinburne University. Some Leos from our school joined this activity. We have fun and learnt too! :D

Food Collection at 7mile market~ ( 8th July 2012 )

On 8th July 2012, our club organized a food collection at 7mile market. We received many food for Lion Nursing Home through this activity.

We Believe, Charity Show ( 15th June 2012 )

On 15th June 2012, Leo Club of SMK Sungai Tapang had organized a charity show. The theme for this charity show is “We Believe”. The aim for this show is to raise funds for Sarawak Society for Prevention of Cruelty to Animals (SSPCA). In order to make this show a success, we invited St. John of SMK Sungai Tapang to help on in this event.

Over 300 students supported this charity show.

Leo Sabah Forum 2012 ( 5th - 7th June 2012 )

On 5th until 7th June 2012, Leo Forum was held at Keningau, Sabah.Some Leos from our club joined this event. Congrats to our Secretary, Leo Shirley Ng, who got her Top Secretary Award and also Outstanding Leo Award. Our President, Leo Simon Tham also get 100% President Award. Our club had also awarded Excellent Club Award.

Orientation for new Board of Director Fiscal year 2012-2013 ( 20th May 2012 )

On 20th May 2012, a orientation for the new B.O.D of Leo Clubs was held at Lion Nursing Home. The new B.O.D of fiscal year 2012-2013 of Leo Club of SMK Sungai Tapang, SMK Bandar Kuching No.1 and SMK Jalan Arang joined this event actively.

Food Collecting at Kenyalang Market & Stutong Market ( 6th May 2012 )

On 6th May 2012, there was a food collecting on going at Kenyalang Market and Stutong Market. Leos and Lions joined this activity and we collected many food from the kind vendors.

50th MD308 Lions Convention Celebration & Appreciation Night ( 1st May 2012 )

On 1st May 2012, there was a Lion Convention Celebration & Appreciation Night at Sarakraf Pavillion for the Leos and Lions who give some helps during the Lion Convention.

50th MD308 Lion Convention ( 19th -22th April 2012 )

On 19th April 2012, there was a Lion Convention at Pullman, Kuching, Sarawak. Some Leos from our school's Leo Club had chosen to be the volunteers in this international event. Thousands of Lions from Malaysia, Brunei and Singapore joined this yearly event.

Anniversary dinner(31 March 2012)

On 31 March,there was an anniversary dinner of Leo Club of SMK DPHA Gapor Stampin,Leo Club of SMK Sungai Tapang and Leo Club of SMK Bandar Kuching NO.1.This dinner was held at Heliconia and every leos enjoyed it.

Hiking and Tree Planting(31 March 2011)

On 31 March,activities such as hiking and tree planting were attended by lions and leos at Mountain Mike Lim.Leos gained unforgetable experiences and wished to attend activities like these again.
